I encountered this problem and solved it with these steps: 1- Remove the cover at the bottom of the laptop 2- Remove the black paper so that it does not hinder you 3- Unscrew the screw on the SSD 4- Gently remove the SSD (if you have not tried this before, watch videos for this so that you do not break it) 5- Get a non-hard toothbrush and gently wipe the place where the SSD enters and wipe the SSD gently. 6- Try to disconnect the battery plug from the motherboard and return it to its place again (until the PC restarts itself) 7- Put everything back in its place 8- Turn on the PC
