Wait a minute Geoff, you’re a golf course architecture writer right? Construction costs are not an abstract issue concocted in some guys mind for the sake of bragging rights or attention grabbing or any issue you portend. It’s a cold hard fact of supply and demand. Your lack of acknowledgment of the super trends in construction costs going up drastically in the last four years is kind of odd. Golf course costs are part of it. This despite Biden flooding the market with low skilled workers for your projects. But Trump deporting illegals will drive up costs? Nice cheap shot and gaslighting job on your viewers. Try again buddy. 😮
