How do they manage to efficiently separate all the different parts of the coconut for products like oil, coir, and charcoal? The whole process looks really well organized!
Nothing and I mean NOTHING is wasted. Thanks for letting me (someone who has yet to see a coconut tree, forget harvesting and making rugs!!) see how my coconut oil gets to me.
This is one of greatest state of the art factory you have in Indonesia and the way you break it down to different stages How coconut 🥥 oil is made to how coconut powder and how coconut is roasted to make shredded coconut and what you do with the waste and how you turn it into peat moss for the soil great video thanks for sharing it and educating the world ❤🇵🇰 God bless Indonesia and it’s people
Sustainable harvesting practices must be implemented to ensure the long-term viability of coconut farming and to minimize environmental impact, especially in regions where coconuts are a vital part of the ecosystem.

Interesting. This is very helpful to Coconut Farmers in far flung Farms. Food processing for dfomestic and international markets can be profitable. AURAPHIL thanks for sharing. GOD bless!
When you see this and realize the employees are basically making $2-$5 per day and living a pretty spartan lifestyle (I outsourced a lot of manual analysis work to Sri Lanka and they are very low cost labor even in white collar stuff), so if they can come to America, Canada, EU, Australia, etc. and make $10-$12 an hour and live a slightly better than spartan lifestyle and send money home to help their families, you can bet they would do that in a minute. Can you imagine any 20 something in America, Canada, EU or Australia wanting to do this work for $10 an hour? Makes you realize modern agriculture either has to be cheap labor or expensive automation/machines to be economical for staple products.
The Quality and process of harvesting as well as manufacturing are as 100% reliable. Thank you for a fascinating video. I will never understand how cultures make it through life barefoot. Every stick or rock I stepped on would kill my feet.
I am not so sure but something not right in your explanation. 1. First product in the bottle look like virgin coconut oil, not exactly same with cooking coconut oil. Virgin oil is mainly use in cosmetic, suppliment etc. 2. Second product in paper box is coconut milk extracted from coconut meat. 3. Coconut milk powder and coconut flour are not same. Coconut milk powder is a dry type of coconut milk extracted from coconut meat. Coconut flour is grinded coconut meat .
1. Wrong. It is white coconut oil (or someone can name it virgin coconut oil too. But, normally we are not using that term). It is expensive than the yellowish oil. But both are edible...

What an awesome video. Thanks!
I quite enjoyed the narrator's script and his "watching football out of one eye while recording" style of delivery.
This video is a must-have in my favorites list!

I really love drinking coconut water because it’s not only refreshing but also very pure. Additionally, the coconut meat is also delicious and rich.

Do you often use coconut products?
Personally we use coconut water and especially coconut oil for its many many benefits from skin to cooking.

The process of harvesting millions of tons of coconuts is exciting. Let's continue this work
Some coconuts have young coconuts inside, can that be eaten?
Absolutely…. In fact that’s the most delicious part of a very mature coconut
Coconuts are abundant in Indonesia, that's why they're so cheap there. So do yuccas and mangoes.
So that's where the rain forest went!

Am suprised that such a large production company grates the coconut insted of blending it..grating is time consuming
