This mig seems really good, the tests were conclusive, and what is appreciable is to be able to transport it easily given its small size and the purchase price is very correct. It was an excellent review and a good presentation 👍
I just bought one to replace my old stick welder after watching reviews, it's so easy to start and maintain an arc and the settings for stick size are perfect
I got one at last ! From Germany on Amazon , next day they were currently unavailable again . Having good results too , minimal spatter . They fly out of stock if you see one on Amazon or eBay grab it quickly!
Good mate glad it’s running good for you, it’s a cracking machine for the money I have put about 12 5kg spools through it so far still weld as good as day I got it. Thanks for the update have a good day my friend take care.
Good video, often wondered about these cheap welders. How good are they at 0.85mm sheet as found on some Japanese and Rover outer panels such as quarter panels, door skins etc?
Hello enjoyed your video how is the welder keeping up now , are you saying the welder only excepts 0.8 wire for flux core for metal from less than 1mil to up to 4 mil. Thanks
Awesome. Me want. Me want. Me want. Me get asap lol. That is one incredible machine my good friend. Those welds were so smooooth. When I get one I can get rid of the 2 bulky ones I have and have extra space for storing things. Cool. My best regards to you Carol and James. Please stay safe all of you.
Yeah this is a smashing little machine for the price cheap and welds good. I ran the rest of the spool of flux core to stress test it . I might have to buy one myself nice and compact for when I do repairs for others save me lugging my big inverter unit around . Where are you getting 7014 rods in the UK? I have never been able to find them (7024, 7016, 7018, 7028 etc but no 7014). I like 7024 but they are only any good for thick pieces of steel.
Has anyone experience with welding car body panels with flux core wire with this welder? With an AC flux core it burns through the 0.8.mm metal. Will this DC machine do any better or just less spatter?
yes it will, but depends on your skill with a welder. plus if the steel is thin rusted to much you may not be able to, and be very careful around petrol tanks.
Do you know where to get this machine in a Central Europe Shop or Amazon? Seems as if there are high taxes if I want to buy it on UK amazon.com , maybe because of Brexit. I can't find any Shops that sell it directly in Central Europe. The machine is imported from Asia anyway, so should not be a problem for european shops to offer it Great Video! Cheers from Germany

The components you call ‘transformers’ are probably toroidal chokes. They stop electrical noise from the arc travelling back into the circuitry.
