I know Grammy is a big deal and almost every artist wants to be on it, but it's overrated for me as the most artist I love are not even on the level to be there "Grammy loss btw"
Grammy's are a promotional tool for the major labels to buy and sell the kind of legitimacy the greatest artists earn freely. They do not care about any art unless they profit from it. Occasionally they will sprinkle in some recognition for artists outside their money game. But only to create the mirage of legitimacy. Poser bs aside, it's just a scam for the gatekeepers to reinforce themselves as the only game in town. And they can keep it for themselves.
It is so hard to recognize you when ur songs are under different names (Oaks) but i want to say i discovered U by "Hope" in 2018 in Gdynia, Poland, it was my top 10 song from 2019 and at the end of this year i met my boyfriend and "He Don't Love Me" became massive hit in my country, And Ur song from 2021 made me emotional again - "World We Used To Know" was my favourite song of 21/22. And You did it again with "Carry You" and "One by one" this WINTER AGAIN! This is really your season for me, every your winter song became my favourite!
