Mera 4 month chal raha hai, aur mujhe sone me bohot dikkat hoti thi,4 to 5 pillow lekar sone k bavjud bhi comfortable nahi hota tha,, then i ordered the same j shape pregnancy pillow and believe me it's totally blessing for me. Now i can sleep in so much comfort...

I bought a J-shape pillow for my partner. But she did not like it at all. It is the worst pregnancy pillow, neither it supports her back nor her baby bump. I just returned it.
Ohh may be depends on person to person...but in my case it took 4-5 days to be used to it after that it was savior for me

Difficulty ho sakti h aur may be utna comfortable na rahe because meri ek friend ko b nahi raha for the same reason
Don't take coffee...not good for health now
