there is a shamanic dutch healer that talked about the amount of dead souls holding the collective soul down. and needing to work with both.... forgot his name. the bridge she talks about, when i worked on myself ancestors were with me... the watched the process... and they benifited somehow... that then could be more available to current generations.

my son just turned 18 and will graduate this june. would love to have him participate in sweat lodge ceremony, traditional style, we are holding a lot of trauma. in our bodies still.
