Everyone has stick straight hair, idk how I got this so I learned cuase no one else can do my hair. I learned from TH-cam and recently discovered ur tutorials which really helped in making my hairstyles look more professional and neat. I was wondering if it's possible to braid this under instead of over like a Dutch fishtale almost and then pull on it to make it bigger and puffed out. Thank you so much!

+Maryann MARANO it's all in the placement of your hands. If your hands are positioned more to one side or the other, the braid naturally follows your hands. I hope that helps and makes sense!
I have only seen the fishtail style on Caucasian women and I just thought it was so super cute but it looked like it was complicated to do. I watched one video and I knew how to do it. I have a question, but i don't wanna step on anybodies toes. I'm going to ask any way. How long can you keep braids in your hair? I have oily hair and i wanted to know how to keep them looking clean. Can you still wash your hair without messing it up? If this sounds stupid or ridiculous forgive me but i am a little dumb when it comes to things like hair and make-up.
+Laura Runyon that is a totally valid question, no need to apologize at all. In short, it depends on the hair texture. Usually you don't have to worry about it getting oily like you do when the hair is down. Typically it would be a bigger issue if you had a flaky scalp. Now for people with straighter and more fine hair, it usually will last anywhere from 3days to a week. For people with medium texture and more curly hair, about a week to 2 weeks, depending on how soft the hair is. For coily or kinky hair, anywhere from a week to 3 weeks typically. Now with each of these, you can typically wear it longer when extensions are braided in. I hope that helps answer your questions! 😊 Thank you for watching!

This video was so helpful but at the bottom it had so bumps because you were pulling it up so what I find helpful is once you get to the bottom I sit down on my knees and so when I’m braiding the bottom it doesn’t make the bumps that you make when you pull it up other than that you are an amazing braided and youtuber😀😀😁😁😃😬
