Man, I did not know that you could get your shotgun back right from the start. It kicks ass so hard. I did start it today, though, so not much wasted time getting the shotgun back. Did a lot of exploring around Cordon myself though... I'm surprised how effective the homemade pistol is against zombies, when I decided to conserve my shotgun shells (even though the locked house gives me 80 slugs). Also, like you, in my exploration I ended up finding the Doll right off the bat, just from curiosity.
OMG I NEVER HEARD OF THIS! This is such an amazing extension of the STALKER universe. This feels like such a grounded version of what some backwater checkpoint into the zone would be like. It feels more real with how empty and strange things are. I absolutely love it! Probably going to have a lot of broken quests, triggers, bugs, and CTDs - but still seems completely worth sticking it out.
It so far has been a hell of an adventure. It’s so much more involved than a lot of other mods. Heavily story focused, heavy heavy exploration focused. It makes you really look and work for the next goal. Quite an adventure
I'm currently waiting for the install to finish and I'm so excited to play this mod pack. From the little bit of information I have about it is it's supposed to be a more authentic experience to Roadside Picnic (which I fucking ADORE). My only hope is that they added rattling napkins to the mod. They never explain what they are in the book and the curiosity has killed me since the first time I read it.

Wondered how long it would take you to get to Goldsphere! It's fun and exactly what you can expect from a proper eastern mod. Theres some cool stories and you'll see the Zone in a different way to Anoma-memes shooty bang bang. Fun tip, when running through grass just spam the bolts infront of you.
This looks like a great mod and dangerous, yet creative. I wonder if those “militants” that use Gauss rifles and teleport, are the same lads that turn into Monolith?
Ill probably try this game after i become number 1 stalker, which right now i need to get out of army warehouse because my game keeps crashing then im going to switch my mosin to a clip fed sks
Isn't it the mod with other supernatural tasks like another stalker being haunted in the Rookie Village, and it turned out to be a ghost of someone murdered decades ago and the player needs to find the skeleton pieces to bury?
Hey Wavey, I've been watching your dark signal challenge runs and it inspired me to give the pack a chance despite burnout after disliking GAMMA. I really loved your challenge runs and thought it was super cool that someone was making modern stalker content consistently. Keep it up, you're awesome! If I could ask a favor, Ive been having major graphical issues with my dark signal where everything is the same dark green and I can't see the ground two feet in front of me as a result. I know that the textures in dark signal are kind of supposed to be like that but I was wondering if there were any settings you played around with in your runs to make them look better? It's the only thing stopping me from loving it.

in my opinion that mod is actually too hard you can't even leave the cordon without looking up walkthrough guides it is not intuitive at all also i could never figure out how to use the detector because using the thing simply didn't work

Just a friendly advice: Save manually often. I've had multiple broken quests with no recent saves to load.
Really? I do have quicksaves but they have autosaves at nearly every quest.

Thankfully I name every hard save very specifically, very often, and archive them eternally. %100 Digital Hoarder right here lol

This is pretty cool. Kind of stuck on the quest where you have to sneak around a bunch of zombies, up behind a Controller and kill him with a knife.
