A sincere suggestion to Dr Balaji...as learning doctors/students we need not know all things in medicine...dont try to imitate the mentors, who have been too much patient, dont repeat the answer after them as it looks like tou pretend to know every thing...which is really aukward and irritating for listeners We are very greatful to whitearmy for their work
@@shridhard8664 Veins nd capillaries are usually more leaky so initially when pressure from LA transmit back in to pulmonary vein that leads to blood nd fluid leaking into pulmonary interstitium leading to pnd... but due to similar episodes after some years fibrosis and thickening happens in the wall of veins and capillaries which sir termed as Arteriolization means those got thick like artery so they are now resistant to that increased pressure from LA and wont produce more fluid or blood leaking. So PND disappears and now on transmitted pressure from LA will produce Pulmonary Arterial hypertension which was initially not present due to pnd
Highly yielding discussion thanks a lot sir
Thanks a lot teachers!!
duration of symptoms is not reliable for differentiating VHD
Dr balaji voice is mumbling a lot. Please be clear in words. thank you for your effort
Excellent discussion ...many thanks ; but you did not explain why the systolic B.P was very high in the lower limbs.
Peripheral vasodilation mediated and pooling
Due to more muscle mass in lower limbs and this results in more peripheral resistance….leading to more bp
He has separated so much murmur. i could not do it.
