I love the idea of Majima Goro as a pirate. He has the eye patch and everything lol. And in his early days, in Yakuza 0, when you unlock the Dragon and Tiger weapons shop the Smith is explaining how his guys go out looking for rare materials and Majima says something to the effect of "So you send guys out looking for rare stuff in the jungles? I'm all about that." Majima really is a treasure hunter at heart lol. Also, damn, Majima's pirate dagger combat looks so fun. I definitely prefer the more serious Yakuza games where the majority of the silliness is in the substories, but I think I'll probably still get this one. You can't really go wrong wigh Yakuza games, period.
So did majima snort 5 fat lines of coke to fantasize about this adventure, or did he become a schizophrenic loon like the main character in like a dragon.
i feel like this is unreal engine instead of dragon engine since isshins ui and this looks similar (Also the reason isshin used unreal engine in the first place is because they were lacking in using environmental lighting,and that DE is more suited for city lights or some shit like that i actually forgot therfore changing to UE. This makes sense though since Majima's gonna be in the sea for like majority of the game.)
people were saying the same thing about IW and it ended up being dragon engine, and considering they already had the entirety of hawaii just built in dragon engine, i'm 99.99% sure this is also dragon engine ngl you'll probably know whenever they use unreal again because of how inconsistent ishin's performance was, if they ever use it again it's likely to be way more obvious
