Guys like this don't appeal to women or the female gaze...they actually appeal to the male gaze as they are most likely only taking advice from other men. Men think muscles and aesthetics are all that women need because they project and think we are as visually driven as them. The thing is that most gyms in Arab countries ( and most probably India too) have excessive gyms for females that are A- Expensive af compared to standard gyms B- The gym locations are most likely far away in central areas rather than local areas...
When I went to my original country (in the Middle East) this summer there were gyms but some were open at certain times for men and certain times for women. Mainly the swimming pools are like that though. Most gyms are ok but again very male dominated so some people feel unsafe?

This isn’t true. My doctor actually recommended I take birth control to stop my periods since they were so heavy. Haven’t had a period in 2 years. Haven’t gained or lost any weight and have 0 side effects. Don’t spread false information, listen to a licensed physician
