Township is very Good, but the price they are asking is not at all justified for the location. mahindra SEZ is a failure. There is no population in 10 kms around the township. Property can be used as a holiday home not as a regular home for jaipur’iets. In the same budget you can get much bigger land which you can develop as per your choice.
