Hello Sir, i have got s57 natural justice and they mentioned that you can respond to us using the contact details below but there is no details mentioned.. I mean postal address is mentioned but no email id is mentioned so how do i respond to them .. please help
Sir mera medical ho gaya ta 6 april 2023 than follow up medical request aye 28 april medical ki jo kai 3 months per depend karta ta tb test so i gave them test in three months july of 27 ko mera last test howa permonologist dr sai jo mai nai de dya and reports clear aye ... phir mujhay 28 august ko mail aye s56 ki medical repors not found than i request to medical panal and they send them or mai nai khud be uplad ki medical reports immi acc mai ab helth section mai no further action required show ho raha or tab sai aba tak process status mai further assestment show ho raha i mean 4 sep sai ab jan 2024 ... what can i do now its take long time and didnot process my case how can i foolow up my case can i call ammigration by phone
I received an s57 for visa 190 application due to medical reasons. I have a past history of leukemia but already in remission. But the medical officer still concluded that a hypothetical person with the same condition could have a strain on the Australian healthcare system & would cost AUD500,000 for treatments & medical expenses. He concluded that I did not satisy the health requirements. How do I respond to this if I’m already in remission & treatment-free?? And this has been mentioned already during my medicals. I’m not sure why the medical officer still didn’t take it into consideration?
