I’m sorry, are you a fan of roots reggae? Spear is not a singer... he doesn’t do music, he’s a chanter, a storyteller, if you see him live you’ll be blown away. Listen to the message, not the song. Listen to foggy road, Jordan river, Jah no dead and then drink some herb tea and listen to Slavery Days. It’s a different type of music. Only for the connoisseur.

I highly doubt the Dutch showed Spear the higher power of ganja. Pretty sure he knew of the world the holy sacrament offered long before he'd ever been to Holland.
