great video man! I absolutely hate that freaking bridge too... its a sorry excuse for a "bike/ pedestrian lane". Those were my thoughts exactly when i tried his bike! I wonder what magic @handlworks could do with that new UU (or any of them) 👀
Received my 2024 UU a couple of weeks ago and let me tell you its addicting and makes the Flex feel slow! I find myself choosing the new bike over my Gen1 1100 or UF almost every time. Ive been using my Flex battery on the new UU but be warned the UU battery DOES NOT work on the Flex. Would be cool if ZOOZ provided parts to upgrade the GEN 1 1100 controllers and be able to use the new batteries :)
Love the new 750 but I wouldn’t swap my 1100 for it….its my silent ninja…😁….Jonny have you any info on the upgraded controller you mentioned for the Zooz..?
I think you're one of the only people that's ridden both the Chimera shadow and 2024 UU - Can you tell me which you like better? I mean probably the Chimera is better in terms of build quality, components used, lighter and a more user friendly motor placement. There's like a $400 difference between the two, it should be a no brainer to get the Chimera but I really hate that they don't have pedal assist. So if the Zooz is on par with the Shadow in your opinion, I may be persuaded to get the Zooz.
@maubl8165 I actually haven't ridden the Shadow yet, just the titanium/original. They're really two different bikes and I love them both for what they are. I actually enjoy pedaling the Chimera so I don't miss pedal assist too much on it. I think the real question is that sort of range you want
Well you could strip the 1100 back and put the new battery, motor, Gen2 display, bus cable, lights, pas, throttle and swap out the brake disconectors. My Gen1 250 to gen2/3 1100 is running fine.
I don't like the displays after Gen 1. Very limited customization and control. But the performance is great aside from one or two hangups in pedal assist max (probably a legal thing).
@denversj damn. Yeah man check your battery pins connection to where the battery connects to the mounting plate. Make sure nothing is arcing or melting
It's very nice, but I own the original 750 urban with the 52v 21am battery and I own 3 other electric bikes because they all serve a purpose and inmotion one wheel what makes 5 Electric vehicles I running out space I'll be sleeping with the bikes spares and tools if I get another bike anytime soon 😢
Motor and battery are different as well (between flex and new uu). Flex has a larger, more powerful, direct drive hub and a little bit bigger battery with more amp hours.
Just picked up the new 2024 UU. Super excited. I'm gonna keep this one purely stock. I did way too much to my Gen 1.
Awesome! I'm jealous. I want one bad! Need to make space or find a garage

I can't wait to see what they come up with.

U tried the new uu? It has more torque than the flex?
@rentedduckliing yes a bit more
Interesting that the UU battery won't work on the Flex. Thanks for that info!

Yes talk to @handlworks

Great video. Hopefully someday I can save some money for a chimera. Dream bike.

Johnny, does your ultra flex seat get very hot when you ride
No it doesn't
Something must be wrong with mines then
@denversj damn. Yeah man check your battery pins connection to where the battery connects to the mounting plate. Make sure nothing is arcing or melting
You were all throttle the whole way? (no pedaling I mean) wondering how much "ghost pedaling" this would have?
Pedal assist maxes out at 20mph. To reach speeds higher you have to throttle
Do you have a discount code or affiliate link for ZOOZ?
Not anymore. They discontinued them. But code FLEX will get you $300 off the ultraflex today only.
@@JohnnyPrimeCC That's too bad. This video is what made me want to pull the trigger on the UU1100 purchase.
@antoninzepoli6653 I know it's a real bummer. I hope they bring it back someday
@@JohnnyPrimeCC ordered. If I head up for an NYC ride I owe you a beer.
@antoninzepoli6653 cheers brother! I hope you love it as much as I do. I'm jealous! Want one so bad
Do you think I can wheelie it does it have enough tork
@@geminiYT265 yes

I need a garage!
How do these things handle hills throttle only?
The new ultra urbans are great with hills. How steep?
The hill is pretty steep but it’s also long. I’m worried that the motor will blow out if I tried it. I’m only 165lbs though so idk
2024 UU or Ultra Flex?
2024 UU unless you're a heavy, tall rider.
Ok I think I found my new zooz I want 🤩
But sill don’t want to sell my 750
Looks badass
I hear you! I can't part with my 1100
Besides suspension are they the same bike ?
Motor and battery are different as well (between flex and new uu). Flex has a larger, more powerful, direct drive hub and a little bit bigger battery with more amp hours.
The car thing needs a chassis
Anyone got any negative reviews yet?
@@first2885 I haven't heard anything negative yet. Everything is a huge improvement over previous models.
This or ultra flex? 🤔
I’d choose this
Awsome video❤️🔥💯
Thank you!
Cool.
