When I imagined why don’t we’d “new sound” or just the music that they wanted us to hear, I imagined way more pop sounds, but I’ve been getting some more rock vibes from recent releases (idk maybe it’s just me) but I love it so much.
Pop-punk is trending again so everyone is trying to replicate the sound. Been a huge fan of rock and pop-punk for my whole life, so I'm kinda digging it. I just don't like much mainstream music so it's a bit offputting, but at least people are appreciating real instruments for once.
If I remember correctly, when they came back with adrenaline, in their comeback video they mentioned how they began to be inclined to playing instruments like a band and wanted to go more into the pop/rock alternative-type route since they felt it fit more into the musical style they were pursuing.

Waking up and the news of the hiatus being the first thing that I see just shattered me. My heart breaks for all of you. I know that none you guys wanted this to happen. I can't believe this is happening but I know that you guys are gonna find a way and win this battle. I know someday you guys will come back stronger than ever. I hate how y'all are forced to do this. I hate how there's even a lawsuit happening. Although y'all have never noticed me, I need to tell you guys that you have helped me a lot with my anxiety. When I imagined why don’t we’d “new sound” or just the music that they wanted us to hear, I imagined way more pop sounds, but I’ve been getting some more rock vibes from recent releases (idk maybe it’s just me) but I love it so much.

Pop-punk is trending again so everyone is trying to replicate the sound. Been a huge fan of rock and pop-punk for my whole life, so I'm kinda digging it. I just don't like much mainstream music so it's a bit offputting, but at least people are appreciating real instruments for once.

If I remember correctly, when they came back with adrenaline, in their comeback video they mentioned how they began to be inclined to playing instruments like a band and wanted to go more into the pop/rock alternative-type route since they felt it fit more into the musical style they were pursuing.
