Setting Up A Dedicated Welder Circuit

Finally bought a tool for the shop that Ive desperately been wanting for quite some time now: A welder. The shop had an old welder circuit installed by the previous owner that didn't appear to be quite right, so I set up a new circuit so I can get practicing with this Vucan Omnipro 220.
