My friend’s parents owned a string of motels in 2 states. They owned a 70 foot Hatteras yacht. I have never seen that type of wealth and was intrigued by their money and their yacht. I vow someday to own a beautiful boat myself.
how about the important stuff, like engine room and crew quarters, also why do some OA's have a "night head' next to the bed in the Master (to avoid climbing down the stairs in the middle of the night) and others not? It is a great idea.
Was mich bei dieser Plattform echt ärgerlich finde ach wie schön auch die Jachten sind ...wieso werden nie sie Unterkünfte für die Besatzung gezeigt ...
I'm telling you right now the sky lounge makes this boat. I will never have another one unless it has the same shut up. Whenever we have a large gathering on board my wife knows that the sky lounge is strictly by invitation only. Now once we are anchored or tied up to the dock it's a different story. The kids loved watching they're cartoons on my large-screen. The one that came with it wasn't big enough. that would be my only complaint. As soon as I get cleared from the doctor I plan on spending the rest of my winter in Florida. If you live on the northern East coast winter is the best time to make your way to Florida. They're very little boat traffic. You just have to plan accordingly. You need to make sure when you need to refill that there's some place that is open. If you can afford it this is the best bang for the dollar. They basically hand you the keys and you could leave port that day and have everything you need except your food. They provide everything else for you.
@@andrewpaddison2565 General rule of thumb is 10% of the cost of the boat budgeted each year for fuel, dockage, insurance, maintenance, etc. A $100,000 boat will be about $10,000, $1 mil about $100K, on and on. The OA does not have to be painted each year - we use Alexseal paint on our hulls versus gelcoat and it's a very friendly maintenance schedule. Depending on the waters you're in, you may need regular bottom-cleaning, and bottom paint will need to be done at regular intervals - but a full paint job is not commonly done.
So where does the crew sleep out on the decks ? And remember this no matter how big and fancy that thing is with out some one to crew it it will just sit at the dock !

First! Beautiful yacht! Better music too!
Thanks Chris
You need to start showing the crew's quarters in the engine room on these
He has to get permission first they can’t always go in those areas anytime they want
You can see those spaces in our 360 tours online at: oceanalexander.com/tours/oa100_skylounge_optional/
i am stuck between this one and the 90r if this one had the beach club on the back i would get this one.
This is the single biggest reason I buy one Powerball ticket every week! 😂😂

What does it cost too run a year. Have the hull got to be painted every year if so how much.

Watching you avoid showing your face in the reflection of mirrors/TVs/windows at the expense of showing us an entire room infuriates me to no end
Wearing shoes from ground to boat isn't good either. It must be her first day .
The camera angle is just too close. Zoomed in. Needs to zoom out. That would help.

...without .... someone... Unless your name is a pseudonym, your English is appalling.
The crew quarters were occupied during this video so he wasn’t allowed to go into those areas
You can see the crew area in our 360 tour online at: oceanalexander.com/tours/oa100_skylounge_optional/
