A little explanation about this era (Girls Never Die Promotions)
In tripleS, their main concept is that they create sub-units and fans vote which members should be in those sub-units (which we call Dimensions). But we also have a re-occurring release (that happens annually) that all present members of tripleS will be promoting (last year, we have Rising for this re-occurring release). Note that in Rising, there is no sub-unit name when they promote, it's only just "tripleS". They were 10 members back then when that was announced that's why they have 10 members promoting in Rising. And now since the 24 are now complete, all of them are included in this re-occurring release which is Girls Never Die. So, expect again next year, we will have another OT24 release from tripleS.
What we voted in this era is not about the members, but which song will be their title track in this album (we also did that last year which the winner of that voting was Rising). There were 8 songs that was shown by the company and released short snippets and the fans will vote from these 8 songs in a tournament setup (Round 1: Song A vs Song B, Song C vs Song D, and so on, then the winners will advance to Round 2 then fans will vote again, then the finals in which Girls Never Die was selected as their title track)
