When you're doing any run, a good thing to do is complete that fishing mini-game, as in collect the pearl, a good few times (I think five) and you'll be granted a special byte that automatically heals you overtime and (I think) doesn't take up a byte slot.
I watched someone do the whole game with only unscrew and they had a hard time beting snowcone with it, and thought it wanted to impossible to unscrew but when you faced it you unscrewed it ao that person must have got bad luck. Good video anyways. you need alot of patience to do stuff like this.
