we have a standalone ENS client installed on DMZ area we want to do the automatically update BUt without connecting to epo server or using agent handler. Could you please advise
You will need to load day file on that server everyday OR create one repository in DMZ zone and point all DMZ machines to that repository so that update process can be automated without need of ePO or internet. Hope it will help you since we don’t have any other option.
Hi Brother, i have successfully installed AH in DMZ, but theres slightly problem, it seems the traffic only one way ( agent can communicate using DMZ AH) but when we tried to wake up from epo to that client (outside company network) it failed or unreachable when we pinged, any idea?
@@TechnicalSpark next question ; if clients back to the office how we config or blocked so that the client wont report to DMZ AH and report back to epo as our Main AH atumatically ?? (we set priority epo 1st than DMZ AH 2nd)

It's up to you if you want connectivity over internet then yes or else not required- watch video carefully- i have explained the requirnment

Telnet bidirectional and check if all ports are open or not. If it’s open then try repair option once
Could you please confirm if AH in DMZ server is not in domain would be fine to install McAfee AH
That’s fine but make sure AH is able to communicate with your internal servers - check out McAfee AH server firewall port requirement.

@@prabhua1138 it means your AH failed to connect ePO server, add manually ePO server IP/Hostname entry in host file of AH Server.
What is the Windows OS version required for Agent Handler server ?
Any server OS - Windows Server 2k8 R2 SP1 & Above.
Above 2012 R2 it is suggest to have latest one

This is expected behaviour and we can’t control communication when systems are outside of corporate network.
