Back in my misspent youth in the UK in the 1970s, an old person's pub drink was "bitter and barley wine". Which was a bottle of barley wine poured into a pint glass and topped up with draught bitter beer. Using "Gold Label Very Strong Special Beer The No1 Barley Wine", Which was 10% alcohol and came in 1/3rd pint bottles. Now it's sold in 330ml cans, but is only 7.5%.

That is definitely going on my bucket list not sure when that will be living in Somerset Uk …. They do look great. However I don't want to be a critic but I was born in St Austell, Cornwall. A traditional Cornish Pasty must be made in Cornwall to be called so. It's Crimp should be on the side as this was used as a handle for the miners to hold as they would have nasty things on their hands. Traditionally it is Beef Skirt, Potato, Onion, Turnip, Salt, Pepper and Butter inside, it is layered so the butter, pepper and salt melt down over the Beef and then the Veg, making gravy from the juices and steam whilst it bakes. Originally they would have had desert in one half too, Jam or fruit. I have been enjoying your videos of your travels here in the UK 🙏
