Bonding together through peace. This is so beautiful and such a WONDERFUL way to live out our lives. Thank you for showing us the way to everlasting joy, fulfillment, love, peace and harmony! 🥰💝☮🙏
Panache in the afternoon (since I’m currently in France) and Panache before bed. I’m so glad these are here on TH-cam on Wednesday now. I feel like they’re easier to share. Thank you, Panache.❤❤❤
Not trauma informed. The body keeps the score. Ignoring trauma or focusing on the breath does not meet the deep and unconscious patterns that can result from some trauma experiences.
I get it. This c2c can appear as spiritual bypassing. Yes, and... breath work can also interrupt those deep seated patterns. Especially if you sit with them, like Panache recommends. And let them dissolve or integrate. Van Der Kolk has some wonderful working premises. Like, trama is accumulative. The therapist I am currently see, since someone tried to kill me last year, studied under him. I am reading his book, "the body keeps the score". Ugh. Very insightful. My therapist and I don't agree with everything he says. And I think it's cool that you don't agree with everything Panache says. I get it. 💛
Yes, yes, cookie!
Ahhhh, how satisfying it was to listen to this. Listening to you is a gift I give to myself 🎁
Thank you for being here with me. 💜🙏
