I have e4 Xueyi, HMC, E3 Gallagher
But I'm trying to decide who to put on my 4th spot (I dont have Ruan Mei)
I have Asta which could be built for Break, and her SPD buff would be useful.
I have Robin, but her ATK, C.DMG and DMG buff doesn't really benefit Superbreak, so her only use is the Advance Forward.
I have Hanya e3 which could be useful for adding SPD to Xueyi and also Skill Point Efficiency.
I have Tingyun for just battery because her ATK buff doesn't really benefit Superbreak.
Pela and Silverwolf could be useful since Debuffs do apply on Superbreak, but those 2 are usually with my Acheron team.
Welt could be nice for delaying enemies further so that they stay broken, but I wouldn't have enough SP for that.
Any suggestions? (e0 sampo, guinaifen and luka maybe?)
@@janbertguerrero6988 you must get ruan mei as soon as humanly possible but until then your 4th slot can be any character that contributes to breaking enemies in their respective weakness, misha is one example

hyper break teams are so fun, i managed to 4 cycle this MOC 12 with only harmony trailblazer, ruan mei, tingyun and gallagher, 4 cycles is nothing impressive, but to do that with 3 harmony characters and a abundance? made me super happy

I had no intentions of building Gallagher since I had huohuo but I’m loving xueyi and plan to build boothill so I might actually consider building him no for that bonus break effect

I was able to clear with hook in the first half, she’s E0 has one major trace and level 2 skills. Harmony Trailblazer single-handedly made Break more meta than anyone else ever did

@@wyattskyy actually for super break it takes in consideration the level of the character, so having them at 80 does get you bigger damage

True. I accidentally got Robin while pulling for Xueyi eidolons. Currently at E2
I got e6 xueyi in like 50 pulls I was super lucky

@@johnd7760 I just try around 20 pulls to get Xueyi's eidolon & pity before pulling is already 20. So I thought why not give a try to get her eidolon & yeah just got her E2 & Robin too. At least I'm not guaranteed 5 star before pulling so I have nothing to lose.

fun fact, the toughness damage a move deals affects superbreak damage, so xueyi who has a bunch of toughness dmg on ult gets a bigger superbreak outcome
Yup not many character have a 120 toughness ult so it’s a lot of dmg
There is an issue with this however. You have to decide if you are going to use her ult to break the enemy's toughness or use the ult after the enemy is broken. Unless you can regenerate her energy to hit them with ult on both ends
@@MajeedBelleQuantum dekey enemies, and HMC make you delay even further, and with Tingyun energy refund, you have a chance to break with one Ult, then use another one before enemy shield up.
The better solution: Ruan Mei in place of Ting, force keep the enemy broken

It's pretty impressive damage for an all 4* cast. Not sure it changes the meta, but just adding Ruan Mei to the team it sure feels like it. Also I'm really happy that Xueyi has a really strong team now. I finally got her E6 on Robin's banner so now she's on my shortlist of characters to build, along with HMC. The chills I get from hitting massive damage from Xueyi's ult is reason enough to build her 😆

I prefer ruan Mei and tingyun but they all work. Some better than other depending on the situation.

So does Xueyi only work against quantum weak enemies? Still trying to wrap my head around how all the characters interact with break and weaknesses because I mostly ignored it until now lmao
Xueyi is kind of unique, in that her ult does massive toughness damage regardless of weakness, and at E2 her followup attack also does toughness damage regardless of weakness, both of which allow her to help break any enemy.
Regarding weaknesses, enemies usually have a base resistance of 20% to all damage they aren't naturally weak to. This can be different depending on the enemy, especially with bosses. For example, Doomsday Beast has no resistances, meaning the weaknesses are only relevant for breaking it. Meanwhile, Cocolia has 40% resistance to Physical and Wind, and a massive 60% resistance to Ice. The exact numbers aren't shown in the game, but if an enemies description says they are resistant to a type, you can assume it's at least 40% damage resistance.
So yes, if the enemy isn't naturally weak to Quantum you will miss out on about 20% of your damage (and 10% DEF ignore if using the full Genius set). Xueyi being able to break them anyway can still be worth it though, since you can start benefitting from HTBs Super Break effect, which doesn't care about elements at all.
Mc harmony with jingliu, Gallagher and sparkle/tinyung would work?
I guess that pretty much almost every dps goes well with harmony mc if you just put them relics with break effect.

Crit rate is too low, you need at least 70%+, the more the better. And Xueyi is all about very strong supports. She can't do big damage only by herself

I wish my Xueyi was better. I only have E4. In Battle mine has 330% break effect. Running a full Theif set.
She has 70/133 330 break effect. Only 127 spd sadly.

@@venddzer3037 it's good yeah but the issue is not being able to break and keep them broken. If I could keep them broken with Ruan Mei then it'll be so much better.
So far with this build I have been able to clear MoC 12 in 4 cycles at e4. With all 4 stars. That Xueyi build, Pela 163 SPD, Harmony MC 213 BE 146 SPD, and Gallagher 153 BE 147 SPD.
E6 makes it alot better since you can trigger the FuA way more often. I could probably 3 Cycle if I did have e6.
I’d try to run quantum set if possible. Def shred is more important and you’re already over capping break effect by 90 in battle.
Building Quantum set for Xueyi is very hard investment decision especially for F2P. I wish I have the resource and luck for that as well. Right now building Theft or Watchmaker set is much more efficient cause any good piece can be utilized for future break characters..
I'm a newer player, is there any eidolons requirement? My Xueyi is like E1 or 2, gallagher is E2, and no tingyun. got asta hanya(e2) robin tho
If you’re new don’t worry about building around eidolons for now. Build characters that have lots of value like robin and tingyun once you get her. Xueyi is worth at e2 imo

The eidolons are not actually that hard to get, i had the statue on lvl 23 and took me 3 days to put it to level 50. Just do all the quests, go after the birds and the chests, both birds and chests have guides on youtube
honestly shows how high the break effect ceiling truly is. youre running dogshit relics yet able to clear moc with ~5 cycles left to spare

I got e1 robin in 50 pulls while pulling for e6 xueyi I don't know how to feel about that because she has not much use in my main account because i don't use follow up character so i think i should make her work with xueyi if possible or just benched her forever.

A person of culture I see. You’d have to focus on breaking the left guy to not get speed debuff and take dmg. Rm plus tb will break Dino super fast. Same idea second side. Also make sure enemies get broken with quantum or imaginary. Gives a lot more time to deal dmg before they recover
