Great video Ralph, must say for most part I enjoyed the bnw captures. It is amazing just how much interest goes into an image with that touch of clouds. 👍👌👏
Glad you liked it Izzy. I think , for the most part, B&W was the way to go on these. Thank you for watching and commenting and have a great week yourself

Another great video Ralph and I do love the B&W shots more to the colour shots, they look all great, nice work. Many thanks for sharing your work and hope your foot is okay
I have been considering some option of with that mountain, it's a tricky one to get a good view of but maybe, with a bit of planning. Thank you for watching and commenting
That was brilliant Ralph, it's amazing how a black and white image can transform an image, having said that the colour image of the mountain was better as it bought out the layering more. Nasty blister and hope the heals quickly, a couple of beers should sort the pain out LOL. Have a great week and see you next Saturday.
Glad you enjoyed it Jim, I do like a bit of B&W in the daytime. The blister wasn't too bad, justa bit sore. Thank you for watching and commenting and have a great week
There is no doubt that clouds add a lot and remove an otherwise boring empty space. Lovely images Ralph!!
Glad you liked them Thanos. Thank you for watching and commenting

Glad you enjoyed it John, I think B&W suited most of them the best. Thank you for watching and commenting
Clouds really do change everything, never a truer word said. I have to say I favoured the mono conversions today. Have a great week ahead Ralph 🙏🙏🙏

On a clear evening that mountain looks like it could be a nice foreground for a full moon shot just above the horizon if it lines up with moon.

@@RalphGoldsmith The PhotoPills app would be helpful with that. You can use it to pre-determine the location of the sun and moon.

I agree whole heartedly, clouds always improve an image, well except for flat, no texture, grey skies.
True, but even they have possibilities (minimalist images?). Thank you for watching and commenting
Great video and photos, so true about the clouds!
Glad you enjoyed it and liked the images. Thank you for watching and commenting

Glad you enjoyed it Darren. Thank you for watching and commenting
Did you use a polarizer?
No. I rarely use a polariser for added contrast, only to cut out glare or reflections.
@@RalphGoldsmith That's surprising. The sky was so blue it looked like you had a used a polarizer.
@@DaveKingMusic The sky was very blue and the images have a bit of contrast added (especially the B&W)
