I would like to know which textbook I should use to reference this. I’m going to college for my criminal justice degree and found this to be very helpful. Thankyou!
I live in Minnesota and I am wondering if Minnesota criminal law is based on California Criminal Law? I learned a lot from your lecture and I enjoyed what the Professor talked about.
@@stephanieadleman1440 Try drawing a picture of two bad people in a county jail for 1 month for a "Misdemeanor" and two in a State prison for 10 years for a "Felony" and explain that a "Felony" is much worse than "Misdemeanor." Also, try singing a song about being in jail like Paul and Silas in the Holy Bible, and tell your 4 year old that sometimes good people are falsely convicted and imprisoned. Many children are serving life in jail for murders committed as a child. I hope your 4 year old grows up to be the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. LOL
I’m 45 and didn’t go to college and didn’t graduate high school due to poor grades. I want to start law school and I’m very committed. My IQ is 86. Is there any chance of me succeeding or should I give up right now?
What a great lecture. I could listen to this guy all day. He keeps the law terminology simple to understand followed up with examples. Thanks.
I guess Im pretty randomly asking but do anyone know of a good place to watch new tv shows online ?
@Jude Reece lately I have been using FlixZone. You can find it on google =)

A lot of law is based on California law. A good example this is a lot of constitutional law and Supreme Court decisions derived from California law
