Twelve drum mics and a sub kick, VERY early rock and roll... NOT!!! And a China cymbal. Just hilarious 😂 I guess authenticity isn't exactly the goal here!?!?!
Kenny is such a pro. Seems like such a good person, too. It was particularly interesting to see him without sun specs for a spell. Great video as always!
I had the pleasure of seeing Kenny perform with John Fogerty in Sweden in 1997. I can still recall that gig with immense joy, just seeing those two legends on the same stage!
Killer! Just befriended Kenny on a flight from Miami after the Monsters of Rock Cruise! A life highlight for me as a drummer since childhood!!! He is the quintessential gentleman and pro! Cheers mate! Rock on!!!😊🤙🏽🥁
Got to see Kenny play with John Fogerty 5 years ago when they were touring with ZZ Top. I have always admired Kenny Aronoff’s drumming. Definitely a drummers drummer!!
Kenny....how do you put a music stand over kick drum. I read and tab out drum parts too....my music stand is to my left which is very inconvenient....i love it over kick...just wondering how to do it.... Thanks, Dale
I had heard, don't quote me on theis, but I heard that there were 4 heads created for the filming of the '82 movie, E.T. The Extraterrestrial and that K.A. posed for one of them.3:53
I saw Kenny do a drum clinic in the mid 90s in Louisville. I still have the drumstick he gave me. As well as seeing him with Mellencamp. Kenny's a legend....

One of the greatest drummers of all time.
Kenny!
youre crazy, he is so overrated. there are millions of drummers out there, that can play 4/4 back beat
I would say he is underrated..@Augfordpdoggie
Agreed 👍
Not only is he a badass drummer, he is one of the nicest human beings on the planet.
This guy is a beast, and a wonderful person. Check out his podcasts.
Any video with Kenny is worth every minute. A true master of his craft.
Kenny is 70 here! Look it up! How does he do it?He is still kicking harder then most drummers out there! You are an inspiration!😮👏👍
More importantly, he plays for the song and the artist.
Dudeeeee more videos like this please!!! Daaamnn 🤓👍🏻 Thank you. 👏🏻
Kenny's a hero of mine. What total BA.
That’s awesome bro! Kenny’s a legend!! Cool you got to check out his studio!🤘🏻🥁
Thanks!
Thanks, Andrew, for this inside look into the hardest working drummer in showbiz Kenny Aronoff!
Was surprised to see the Central Station in his rack. Very cool look into his process.
Great, thanx. This studio vibe amazes me
It’s a fun spot!

I loved the intro to this one. Slo-mo for the win.

He hosts a show on AXS TV. Also an inspiring writer and motivational speaker.🥁🥁🥁
So, Kenny Aronoff knows everyone and is an excellent interviewer!
Kenny's Drumming is great. He's work ethic can't be beat
One of the hardest hitting drummers in the business!
Thanks for sharing! ✌ ❤ 🎶

I love KENNY ARONOFF!!!!😎
Kenny is an animal
Rock n roll came from Southern California my ass..
Yeah this guy is trippin'.
yeahhhh
As a musician that lives in Bakersfield, sounds like a movie I need to see!
Got to see Kenny play with John Fogerty 5 years ago when they were touring with ZZ Top. I have always admired Kenny Aronoff’s drumming. Definitely a drummers drummer!!
Birthplace of Rock is Mississippi! Also Blues
Nice

NEVE 1073s all over those drums OF COURSE!
🤘😎🤘
BAE’s they’re pretty close!
sunglasses in the studio are very important :-)

Is that the Lurssen Mastering Studio? Thats cool!!😎
Technically The Birth of Rock & Roll Should be credited to 🇯🇲 since that's where the Electric Guitar was created..
That's a hollow argument since the guitar wasn't the primary instrument in early rock and roll.
Rock and roll started in the southern states of America.
Tama head on a Ludwig WFL 14x26? Must be an endorsement constraint.
It's an Evans head.
I don't think the snare drum is a Tama either ;)
@@quigspeak That snare may be an old 1920-1940 era Ludwig Black Beauty with modern die cast rims.

At Mom's Music. I worked in the drum shop at the time. Kenny was great and a super nice guy.
@jmcbroom no it was on Bardstown rd at music warehouse
@@g_and_kikos_studio I didn't realize Kenny did a drum clinic at Music Warehouse.
Ist that a Evans UV EQ 4 on kick?
what kick drum head is that,UV EQ4??
He believes rock n roll was birthed in southern Cali? Lol
Yeah, I laughed at that too.
Not sure I trust someone who feels the need to wear sunglasses inside
Those songs are terrible
4:40 - bass to complicated for a 17 yr old
What's up with all the "PRO drummer" clickbait titles on drum channels? Seems kinda thirsty
Sunglasses indoors... Lame.
Kennys starting to look old
70 yr old what do you expect
I disagree. Birth of Rock n Roll was in Memphis, Tennessee at Sun Records....😮
Awesome you have made a friendship with a legend. The tittle should be legendary pro drummer tho. Just saying. Lol
Incredible drummer
I mean this in the best way....arnoff is the drum daddy. I am so sorry
