Armor, Gun, Science, Tool, Weapon Crafting are available from Traider for $, with 10 rep you can buy those till level 4 I think.. You can level ALL traiders rep by doing chain Scout quests: for every 5 scout quests ALL traiders get +1 rep. Maxed at 10 Traider rep. Spending skill points on those is not the most efficient way. Scout quests ARE the best way to get weapons (full HP) and ammo like grenades and molotovs in amazing quantities.. Tourists, Cable and nurses Scout quests are the easy ones: you need to kill only 3 of them. Some foods replace special candy from vanilla like bolognaise = Eye kandy. Or Spaghetti for +10 bartering.. etc.. Good idea for miner 69er. Rise mining asap to lvl90 for you have 20% chance to 1shot ore. You can craft your own skill points and masteries; look it up plz. You passed on 121 bolts for a hunter mod?! omg You can craft it and its useless; doesnt stack with rad mod :/ Also crossbow is very OP and can be used for a long long time. Very precise and very low drop. Totally silent compare to silencer.
@@PixelLifeGaming Totally agree with turning off Feral Sense but not about the block damage. Khaine deliberately made gathering resources easier but made crafting them in to something useful take a lot longer. Spend 10 minutes in an iron mine and you will literally have thousands of raw iron. Will take several days to turn it in to Steel in the forges you currently have, but thats the trade off.
you can craft a mastery book, if you have enough schematic/papers. You can also find them in airdrops... - it's not necessary to spend 10 points each time. -- Think (much) bigger for your farm, especially for corn. you'll use lots and lots of corn for building mid-game ammo.
@@PixelLifeGaming To craft them you will need 600 skill notes. To buy them from a trader (and each trader only has specific masteries) you will need to have a reputation of at least 30 with them and have 100,000 Dukes in your pocket. Trader Caitlyn quite often has random mastery books for sale but she is only found in the wasteland
Important to note: stuff you get from traiders for rep: you MUST have enough coin in your inventory for those to appear. Same for Masteries at 30 rep from traider: if you dont have 100k dukes itll never show. Same for Armor, Gun, Science, Tool, Weapon Crafting. Must carry dukes on you. Reserve a space in your inventory for this.
Yeh, truly though, the masteries, are overpriced at the trader, and overpriced in the skill tree (10 points). Best to go out raiding bookstores etc for schematics, and scrap the ones you don't need/already know.
Very glad to hear that you've adjusted your settings to fit the mod. People who fail at DF usually do so because they try to play it like Vanilla, and it just won't work... especially in later game. Glad you're having fun! 💖💖
I noticed you are playing with the DM turned on... Talking to Jen gave that away when i seen Admin Options in the list when you first talked to her LOL.

Glad you shut off feral sense. The wandering hordes in this mod usually make things interesting enough. Especially when you get to higher levels.
It was getting a little tedious XD

@@mikekeeley4307 imo if you turn 150% player block damage: turn 150% Zs damage. Lets see how your base like it on horde night lmao

Also with the right amount of rep you can buy the mastery books from traders. Though they are a little expensive.
Thanks for the tip

Great episode! 👍

I needed DM turned on the 3rd person camera for recording at the start. I forget to turn it off.
Wow, just killed the survivor like she was just another zombie 😅
What do you think about the player settings?
should have a balance: 150% block player damage? make it Zs 150% block damage.
