Happy Sunday Everyone!! Since it's the first week of September I thought we would start it off with some fall decor shopping! It's always an easy way to get inspired for the new season! Do you decorate your home for the Fall??
I don’t!
I do in a very subtle way. I like to change some of the greenery, throw blankets, and throw pillows. This year I’m going for a moodier Fall. Using more burgundies and aubergines. Can’t wait to see how you decorate!
Fall is my favorite time of year. Already been to Target to pick up some new items to add to my existing ones. Love the Hand and Hearth candles. They smell amazing. Trying to keep it simple this year. I admit I’ve been guilty at times for over doing, which can make things look tacky. Simple is definitely better. Thank you for your suggestions. Always a treat to watch and then to try in my own home.

I agree with you about the pillows with text. So much cozier to use the classic buffalo plaids in fall colors and those knit pillows are so pretty! Would love to see your home styled with some of these pieces. 🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The scent i go for in Autumn is cinnamon. And, I'm totally about the ceramics these days.
The Hearth & Hand stonewear dishes make for super cute pet dishes! I’ve had mine since 2019 and they’re still in perfect condition. And way less expensive than the cutesy bowls you find at pet stores! ❤

Thanks allot, now I have to go shopping again, too many good ideas... lol. I have a little 'pumpkin patch' by the front door with different sizes, colors & textures. For candles, I do the fruity for spring & summer & the warmer for fall & winter :)

One downside to the pillows at Target is they're sewn; not zippered. Sure they might fit as temp decor but once they're dirty, good luck. Home Goods has plenty of zippered options for the same or less price (including the sweater knits from the video), so I'd skip them here.
I wash my sewn pillows in the washing machine!
YES!! This is my biggest pet peeve with Target. I got lucky and found a really pretty zippered pillow at Target, but it was definitely a unicorn 😂 I kinda wish I’d bought two because it’s my favorite and my puppy likes to chew the tassels when I’m not looking 😩

I would love to see a video of how you style the candle holders and vases
I have family members who are allergic to many popular scents. After trial and error, we keep to vanilla and peppermint candles, limiting the burn time to keep reactions at a minimum.
VANILLA ONLY BELONGS IN DESSERTS...IT NAUSIATING TO ME IN CANDLES, PERFUME, ETC.. LOL.... SO FRESH AND FRUITY FOR ME!.. HAPPY FALL KRISTIN.. LOVE YOUR STYLE!..

Same here! All the Target stores near me are pretty much completely out of stock on most of their fall decor already, and they have no fall items left in their dollar spot section.

Great video! I'm wondering which Target you are shopping at because the 2 that are around my house are completely empty most of the time. It's so annoying. Also, everything is messy and disorganized. I wish I had a Target like yours in my area.

We don't have target in my country, but I think my pocket is happy this way 😂 I love how selective you were, you only bought few pieces. My living room chairs are neutral, but my curtain is very bright and colorful, although I love it, I regret it sometimes.. If it was all neutral I could change the throw pillows every season or when my mood changes
I need some new neutral pillows & a throw.
