Nadia D honestly, I think msg women don't have dark circles. I think many women are just used to wearing makeup that they think they have dark circles without foundation on. everyone's eye area is a slightly different color bc of the nerves, ect in the area.
Try to sleep more. One thing I noticed is how better my skin and undereye area looks when I get 8+ hours of sleep. But I guess everyone is different, some people just have dark circles naturally. I don't think there is any way to prevent what genetics gave you

Aanika Beth Anderson you can change your eating habits right now if you wanted to. I grew up in a house full of junk food and now I only eat whole foods. A lot of people blame their adult eating habits on how they were raised but at the end of the day it's your choice to change or remain the same.
Aanika Beth Anderson i guess she meant she never saw anything wrong with eating junky food because that was what she was used to because i relate and i'm not really blaming my parents, but if i was exposed to healthy options and understood why it was beneficial i could've asked them to make that change if that makes sense
