Originally they had one that kept Defoe’s face and could emote and and had yellow lenses over his eyes that looked like the Goblin eye’s from the comic. Actually, the Goblin you guys thought was Harry was most likely Norman in a new suit without a mask, which has already been teased. The evidence to this is Doctor Octopus getting new tentacles And Electro's new suit. I think they all get an upgrade from their old versions in this movie at some point.

Jay have you ever seen the screen-test for the alternative Green Goblin mask from Raimi’s movie? Originally they had one that kept Defoe’s face and could emote and and had yellow lenses over his eyes that looked like the Goblin eye’s from the comic. In fact, the whole mask looked perfect, but instead they went with the robot look, not sure why.
