    What about cleft palate? Im 66 with one.. Very wide open.. denture has speech baulb .

    Thank you Dr. Glenn for the great video. I appreciate what you are doing for the dental community with your instructional videos. I am wondering if you could come up with a way to make a guard for zygoma implants that have portion of the implant body inside the sinus. Thank you in advance.

      exact same process......you'd just want to make a separate guide for showing you where to make the sinus window and reflect the membrane.

      Thank you. Since I don't usually make a long slot in the sinus wall, I was not sure how the portion of the guide that was inside the sinus could get into the sinus. I usually only make a small window just below where the the drill would get into the zygoma for an intrasinus implant. However I think I could just remove that portion of the guide that was inside the sinus and leave the portion where the top guide tube was. Then I could just and just make a small bone window to allow visualization into the sinus and to get the top guide tube in. Thanks again.
