I see a lot of people using their 6* Paramount War Luffy but his moveset is too frustrating for me. I would try to use his 2nd Special to barrel into a group of fighters and get mauled after failing to hit anyone. Wedding Suit Sanji is pretty much a superior version. His Air Walk allows him to cover long distance and his Leg Drop can KO people trying to bully you off a flag.
