Great tutorial on how to create and use KMS. Actually, getting an error after running the CLI command to generate key (commands: aws kms generate-data-key --key-id alias/fatah-alias --key-spec AES_256 --region us-east-1) and (Error: An error occurred (NotFoundException) when calling the GenerateDataKey operation: Alias arn:aws:kms:us-east-1:520498037235:alias/fatah-alias is not found)

how to encrypt/decrypt data > 4kb of size and different file format.?

This might be late answer but with master key (kms key), you will have the limit 4kb, but when you using master key to generate data key, you are no longer being limited.
