I love Sunday videos! I laughed so many times! I’m so glad you guys in California are allowed to almost have a normal life again. We just got slammed with another 2 week lockdown which is in total 8 weeks for our forth lockdown in Canada. Nothing is open but groceries and outdoor plant stores. Even if you never planted before it’s a big deal to take a trip to the pop up garden centres as that’s your only option of doing something. Any isle in the stores that are not groceries are blocked off. If you try to sneak and buy a product it won’t register at the till and you hear this huge beeping noise which is kind of embarrassing as I’ve watched someone try to get a toy and it happened. The manager comes over and asks you where did you pick up this item. Yikes embarrassing! The only place to find a card is in a pharmacy. You can’t go down any card isles in a grocery store, dollar store. Only food and gardening is allowed. All other stores are closed. All out door activities in my province is not allowed. No parks. They are shut down and if you go to one you face a 900-5000 dollar fine. I’ve been lockdown since last March due to cancer. However, for so many people they are loosing it at 8 weeks with the weather getting nice and the nights longer. Only 3% of Canada is fully vaccinated. We are still working on the first dose for everyone it’s such a shame that a country that has such few people in comparison to our friends in the USA are so far behind.
