Visiting Beaubourg (Odyssey, Blofeld)

When I recorded this piece, the constant timbral shifts and fragments of melodies and chords reminded me of the structure of the classic 1978 album made by Vangelis, Beaubourg. Free experimentation in search of new sounds.
The main feature here is the wavetrip3 wavetable from Blofeld. Two oscillators, each one playing the same wavetable in different positions. The pedal controls those positions, and the modulation wheel controls the stereo mix between the oscillators. Odyssey is added for 1970s flavor and Echo Pro puts them together.

Quando gravei essa peça, as mudanças constantes no timbre e os fragmentos de melodias e acordes me lembraram da estrutura do clássico de 1978 de Vangelis, Beaubourg. Experimentação livre em busca de novos sons.
A principal característica aqui é a wavetable wavetrip3 do Blofeld. Dois osciladores, cada um tocando a mesma wavetable em posições diferentes. O pedal controla essas posições, e modulation wheel controla o mix estéreo entre os osciladores. Odyssey foi adicionado para dar um sabor de anos 1970 e o Echo Pro junta tudo.
