I went to my first yoga class in college. It was offered by through the athletics program, and I was a stiff as a board awkward geek, and the only guy in a room full of beautiful rubber cheerleader types. I'm not quite sure why I stuck with it, except it felt right, something clicked, and I've pretty much never looked back, and now its the core of my life at all levels.
“You hear God’s voice speak inside of you , through you breath....” I am in awe and to see your smile at the most critical points of your poses is mind blowing. I salute your dedication. Good luck , may you remain blessed for always.😇
This is beautiful. The first time i went to yoga class ever was about 6 years ago. I loved it as much as i did ballet and gymnastics. Kino, you got me really obsessed. I love your videos. Yesterday, and usually I do about 6 of your videos back to back, but i do have to stop and rest. Yoga and stretching, especially first thing in the morning, makes me so sleepy. I feel the strength from your videos the next day .

that is sooo true. i heard God speaking to me today and he said that i have a lot of loose energy. I don't kow how to deal with it. I think I need to be as active as I was lazy.
omg kino if you read this I dreamt that guru came to me and touched my baby toe ..what does this mean I am addicted to Yoga I have my own design for first nations but it is with the medicine wheel red road yoga I continue onward I want to take my yoga outward but oh so much to learn and I should have my own discipline better Love you !! Ashtanga is the best and then Hatha I am just understanding the flow thank u for your example namaste you are a great Yogi
