The way to beat blacklist is to surprise them with new draft and strat. Most of the games that Blacklist lost is because of this.
It will be difficult though for long series game like BO5 and BO7 because they can adapt fast with the help of their analyst and coach. Their analyst and coach together With veenus are one of the strengths of blacklist really.
Beating Blacklist is like a pipe dream at this point. Whenever they lose, they just come back ten times stronger. WTF is going to ACTUALLY stop this team in the long run? As of now, I don't think any team can truly halt their success at their current form right now. They're STILL at their peak, and it's scary ASF.

The coaching staff of BLCK is truly top tier ... They can breakdown the play that their team had difficulty dealing with and come back with a counter during the next draft
I think guin forces enemies to use purify. Also if I'm not mistaken, I think guin's ult is immune to cc which counters the akai

Blacklist is on their way to make history, I truly believe they are the team that can win it all this year MPL, MPLI, IESF, M4. If done right, they can achieve the most dominant and legendary run that no one can repeat ever.
i hope so cos i heard after s10 they will all rest so the blacklist team b will be the one active for s11

@@evan168 My opinion was not solely based on this MPLI - Blacklist performance here was far off compared to their brilliant performance back in MPL championship. But if you look at the performance during playoffs in their countries. ONIC was more dominant during their playoffs compared to Blacklist. I am not setting aside Blacklist, they are brilliant. But with the current line up of ONIC ID - Kaira, CW and Sanz…We’ll see on M4. Have a good day
Pick guin to force purify. Give a lot of liberty to melissa both in mid to late game by reducing tools to get close to her. Also makes the carries plays a bit passive due to guins pressence
They pioneer the current meta and now they start to dissect and counter that meta. Love how they are always one step ahead of everyone. Kudos to their analysis and bravery of the players to explore and play heroes that are out of the meta!

Black is hiding something vs geek they pick same draft 1 2 games I think if black get serious vs geek i think wise pick guin or barats vs gusion of janaqt it's clear they trying to win but using same draft in tournament
Wise's Guinevere presence makes Echo initimidate to war. That is one of the purpose.

Hello Mirko, this analysis is pretty accurate but one thing for sure why blacklist is unbeatable its because of their Hero Pool. You can't predict what hero they use during game. Drafting phase is scary what is more in picking phase. It means Wise make history for MLLB Tournaments he is the only one use different heroes in Final. As we go along in MPL season 7 he use Aldous which this hero is for RG only in Grandmaster and Epic Rank. Season 8 he use Bane. In M4 he use Natan, Sibol he use Akai. And this recently Mpl season he use Guinevere. What is more in M4 maybe he will be use Badang, Gusion, Silvana or Chang'e. And the rest of his Team you can't denied maybe Oheb will be using Layla, Hadji will be using Cecilion
and Vexanna, Edward maybe using Gatot and Vee will be using Carmilla or Floryn which good Combo for Cecilion. So, it means u can't not denied their picks and strategies. Love You Mirko. Hope you stay safe.
Now it's hard to beat the blacklist now because their hero pool is getting wider especially Wise, who can play any hero in the jungle even support heroes(Angela/Rafaela Jungle). I mean, yeah Wise wasn't flashy and didn't play assassins but we know that he can win with those types of surprise hero picks
Wise can play Assassins tho just watch MPL season 7 I think he's a gusion main

whoever shotcall the one push to end off game 6 have crazy foresight. Normally team will just prioritize Lord wait for it and push it all. But to just go against the norm, fuck it 2v5 let's push all the way, shows how much BLCK understand their capability to know that they can do it.
They already did it in SEA Games, they went straight to the base, a little over 10 minute game.

Guin and paquito has multiple blink skills to close the gap against valir... baiting his 2nd skill knockback
I think its the Guin + Paq/Bene works vs Valir and Lylia. Guin forces the other team to use purify. Guin and Paq (you could sub Bene as well) forces Valir and Lylia to be conscious of their positioning. Spam spells like they did in the 2nd game, then Wise and Edward can just jump at you. The big factor is that ECHO doesn't have the Barats here like on Game 2.
Lolita also counters the projectiles so they have better comp than the 1 dimension comp on Game 2.

Guin is to counter Akai and Balmond. junglers who have an advantage during the retribution fights because of their skillsets.

@@yuenmi2478 the goal was to intimidate the opponents in team fights and it worked. The fact that Guin "didn't" do anything yet Echo got intimidated and forced to use 3 purifies is already telling you something you can't seem to understand or accept. Face it, Wise is a wise player.
@@Yuuta5 akai can't push guin away during retribution fights. If he tries he gets knocked up and can't use retri even if his ult isn't cancelled.
According to one of the Ph Casters, Lolita + Paquito picks from BLCK was a sure win. Coz we all know how the Queen uses Lolita plus Edward being Mr. Consistent. Guin pick was just to force Echo to use Purify plus countering Akai. Man, BLCK right now is just unstoppable. I’m excited for MPLI and M4. 😊😊😊
1. Wise usually uses heroes with great utility skills which could help him take the objectives. Guin could check bushes, cc the jungler, attack the backlines, and initiate teamfights then escapes only to wait his skills to cd then returns to fight again.
2. Purify is also not good with chain cc line up which is what happened there. Even if you escaped Guin's cc, Blck still have the Nuomenon Blast and Shadow Stampede. All Blck should do is force Echo to burn their purifies and flickers then go all in. Easy to say but difficult to execute.
3. Blck decoded the Valir+Lylia problem by picking Melissa. Melissa's bush check using the doll and his extended range forced the Valir to always reposition. This also leave room for Oheb to free hit without getting cc'ed by Valir and Lylia. Unlike if they forced picking a Claude, Claude's short range will just make him vulnerable from the Valir+Lylia strat.
guine can jungle rotate fast.. 2 dashes(jump,dash) they can out rotate them since lylia and valir would stick together..guine also hard to catch.. if she got slowed and cc by valir when she jump she can ulti dash out.. it's about exhausting their skills and spells and their patience 🤣🤣🤣 ... it also force the enemy to have puri they dont want flickers for lolita and paquito.. if they purify ulti of lolita/ guine.. paquito can easily chase them coz they dont have a way to exit.
The only reason why blacklist always ban chou because they respect Yawi's Chou capabilities on pick off plays

I truly think the only way to beat blacklist is out draft and surprise them.. that’s what omega been doing and so far among all teams only omega knows Blacklist well
only S7 during the 2 supports meta. Pakbet is overrated coach, look at his drafts this past few seasons. His players are band aiding his questionable drafts many times.

We never know what comes next in M4. Maybe blacklist now is preparing an unexpected pick in M4. They are unpredictable when it comes for drafting. They are one step ahead for any team from all over the world. This year for Blacklist is too dominant for any team. If they keep their performance and the consistency, they gonna win it all. Seagames, Mpl, M4 and MPLI. If they won that all, they will be the most legendary and dominant team has ever exist in the history of mlbb. No one can ever do what blacklist been doing in this era. Hats off for them. They had my respect in every way.

Good Analysis! I was waiting for your take on the long lord dance on game 6. At the moment I was watching it live, I did not realize how perfect they were setting it up until 2 of the 2nd towers from Echo were taken by BL. Then with that, the 1k gold lead from the start of the lord dance became a 3k gold lead and slowly building up without even a kill from both teams! Super well executed.
Blacklist Game 6 was so technically accurate and beautiful..it can be use as a lesson in MLBB textbook if there ever is any...I have been watching it at least 6 times
Guin is such an uncanny pick for a jungle in a good way but it gave way to either give a set up for BLCK or to make ECHO exhaust their purify. INSANEEE!!!
Guin jungle is not new here in ph. (Im talking about high points rank games ofcourse) when guin channeled ss he is immune in cc. Guin is very good counter for akai and barats, and we know how good wise in retri battles as long he is not cc'd

Actually the purpose of guin here is to give presence of danger for the squishy heroes of echo by jumping over and over and to hold them up with cc so the other guys can freely hit that’s why also they made it tank build

i think echo went with the khufra since it has a reliable low cd knock up against blck's channeling skillshots (pharsa & lolita ult). i really think the melissa being picked up against the pharsa was the glaring mistake by echo

I think they took something that has the ability come in cause echo has the same draft as game 2 but black doesn't have someone that can come in to make the lylia and valir feel uncomfortable so that will help black win every teamfight
they pick guin as a blocker in Valir's 1st skill followed by Lolita.
Guni pick strategy is kinda cool, we also used this kind of strat when i used to play back in season 18/19 because enemy are force to use purify, they can't use flicker or sprint. It's so good for our team to catch and eliminate them. But its kinda risky if our side lane loss lane.

Tbh, i expected guin to have a spot in the meta after her buff where she could alternatively stack for her ult.
Didn't expect her in jungle but i don't see why not. She works in a similar way as akai.

This was when Echo were not yet familiar with how Blacklist draft and play, plus KarlTzy was still adjusting with the Utility Jungle. After this, Echo were just measuring them during M4's UBF and completely obliterated them in every matchup afterwards.
kingsmen was a name of a mpl sg squad i believe, don't think they are in mpl anymore tho
During the drafting (game 5), Blacklist was first to pick I guess and they chose Valentina. But the thing is that Echo left Bene and Faramis open, it was like blacklist forced them to get it or else they will take it for themselves. In a sense the draft was in favor of blacklist. Instead of letting Bene and Fara open for Edward & Hadji they decided to just take it haha. Edward is insane whenever he got Bene on his hands and he is pretty annoying too when he is split pushing.
Lastly, what I noticed about Echo during the finals if Yawi can’t put a play then everyone else can’t put up a play and blacklist knows that. That’s why most prio banned are Yawi’s heroes. He went crazy when he used Chou during the rsg finals lower bracket game(light wasn’t able to put up a play at all because of him). That’s why it was never opened throughout this finals.

I think blacklist forced Echo to pick Esme in game 5, i just dont know why. Could be because they dont want Bene in the exp lane. They banned Dyrroth when echo is picking first. Because echo dont want blcklist's "strategy" to work, they picked esme for themselves.
