Love it especially the oversized eyes. That'll take many trout and probably some of the bigger ones. Could mimic any small fish or fry. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! I am glad you like it! I have tried the smaller eyes, but I find these large ones work well. Especially the red color, its like a "hot spot" on a nymph fly, just helps attract them.

What size rod would you typically cast this on like a 6?

+Estevan Vasquez with a good cast, you could get away with a 4wt.. 5wt should be a synch, and a 6wt would be like casting without a fly on it. This is a small light weight fly, you should have no trouble casting it.
