They didn't obliterate Dnipro, Tim. Latest reports say the missile damaged an industrial centre and one or two other centres. Please don't make claims like that until you receive fuller information.
I initially thought the same thing, but am also wondering about Russian strategy, how long it took US defenses to detect the launch, (or indeed whether it was picked up at all), and whether we are missing the point entirely. It's of enormous concern regardless, and as an aside, this remains an irresponsible bit of clickbait hyperbole, given the current situation.

I don't know what attack happened based on your description. You said Russia launched an ICBM from a certain region. Then you name two specific types of weapon air-launched ballistic missile and cruise missiles. Neither of these weapons are icbms they simply are not. So I don't know if those are the only weapons used in this attack or if they were in addition to a single ICBM launched by Russia. Let's see an ICBM was used. That means Russia used a missile that cost 20 times as much to deliver the same Warhead if the missiles have been using for 3 years. I don't know what attack happened based on your description. You said Russia launched an ICBM from a certain region. Then you name two specific types of weapon air-launched ballistic missile and cruise missiles. Neither of these weapons are icbms they simply are not. So I don't know if those are the only weapons used in this attack or if they were in addition to a single ICBM launched by Russia. Let's see an ICBM was used. That means Russia used a missile that cost 20 times as much to deliver the same Warhead if the missiles have been using for 3 years. It pretty much indicates Russia is running out of missile so they have to use the real expensive ones the real real expensive ones. You are out of your lane on this one professor.
