I enjoyed those videos too! And your talking about it made me constantly smiling!! I done all of the trail 2 1/2 times now. Last one was 500 miles non-stop riding down and back from my house. I will do it again with more sleeping and camping and seeing more great attractions. I got over 8 thousand outside cycling miles for the year now.
@@speedysmed the scenery is beautiful so there are plenty of places for you to enjoy along the way but I'm sure you already know this. I'm really glad we went in the Fall.
Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed all the videos. We had one of those rainy days on Day 1 on the Greenbrier River Trail. Covered with wet black cinders and had to do the hose off everything routine. Yuck. Couldn’t force myself to put on the wet shoes and do day 2. You’ll be my inspiration for when I get rained on when I do the OTET….just have to laugh it off and keep going. 😊 Congratulations on meeting your goals.
@@Bikin-Mike I loved reading this! Rainy days can be tough, for sure but I'll tell you my secret. I always strap a pair of flip flops on the top of my bag so I can easily access them. It's great if you need a break from your shoes (especially when wet) or to easily slip them on as soon as you're done riding for the day versus having to unpack everything and dig around to get comfy. Good luck on your OTET trip and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. 😊
@@gregwood4502 I hope the weather is great for you in the Spring. I listed gear, lodging, etc. in the descriptions but let me know if theres any other info. you need.

Thank you for recapping your ride on the Ohio to Erie Trail. We hope you come back soon!
@@OhiotoErieTrail I hope so, too!
My #1: Chamois Butter! That's no joke! 😅
Enjoyed the series and appreciate your follow-up here on this video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
