    Thank you for the share, Nou! It’s great to see you online again! 🎉 I do find that thinking about how I will feel or the results after I do “the thing” to be helpful in motivating me to do it, including working out and groceries. And I am always glad I did the thing I dread afterward!

      @@elainelin24 I'm so happy to hear that you already do that! That's amazing! It definitely works for me when I do it, it's just a matter of remembering that I can cause that motivation and making it second nature 😊

      @@iamnouvang That's awesome! :) I liked that you mentioned that we have to “want” to that thing first to cause motivation. There’s so much resistance when we don’t want to do something.
      Reminding myself "why" I am doing what I'm doing also helps! Your heart/will centre is defined so I'm sure you have an easier time feeling motivated! 🤗
