IDK i think college is important. A lot of six figure jobs do require a degree. The problem is that they don't want to hire or pay entry level anymore. I think thats why we need to support labor unions. We got to get rid of free internship culture and 3 years experience for an entry level job. Right now more women are going to college than men and they are predicting that women will make more than men soon. Also, we need to teach college students to lie on their resume's. Thats they only way they will hire you. I struggled for more than a year after college to get a job and finally I just said F it and made up a bunch of jobs i didnt have and put it on my resume and I got a job that way.
None of the jobs did a Sterling Background check on you?
@@MikeJones-pf4wd put homies and my manager from AutoZone down as references and let them know ahead of time. Also it was an entry level job for what I went to school for. It's messed up that they want 3 years experience for a job that only pays 40k. Now that I got experience I was able to apply for a job that pays more and move up that way.
People who say college isn't important probably haven't attended a day of college in their lives. There's value in it for sure
