I know they won't cry but the hairdressers also help them being calm. They way she talked calmly, keep asking them questions and be active in conversations and making fun hair styles & make them laugh. Overall, as a fan since almost in the beginning of TROS, seeing Twins grow being as they are and more well-mannered, I feel really proud.
