I’ve been following the teachings of the Book of Hebrews with Pastor Hamrick. I just wish more of God’s people studied the scriptures more closely.

My house was vandalized and thieves stole my important documents like naturalization certificate, passport, etc… an antique jewelry set my mother inherited from her mother the only thing my mother could saved during World War ll that is handed down to a daughter in the family, that is me, which I was going to give to my daughter, this was stolen. Now I have to apply for naturalization certificate pay $555 and worst this is not enough I also have to apply for passport and social security card to be able to renew my drivers license because my drivers license does not have a star on it. .. how can I forgive people the thieves who robbed me and caused me too much problem. I said many times, to myself “God said vengeance is mine I will repay. “ and I also said to myself “The Bible says forgive as Jesus has forgiven us” But that is when we ask Holy God for forgiveness. How can I forgive the thieves without asking me for forgiveness. Can I say “ok I forgive the thieves, I am not bitter.” The thieves don’t know that I have forgiven them. Does Jesus Christ forgive us even we don’t ask for forgiveness?
