J'ai un gros souci, je ne supporte mais alors plus du tout les lyophilisés. Alors oui, il y a eu beaucoup de progrès notamment sur le goût ! Mais après plus de 25 ans à en manger à chaque fois que je suis en mer, je fais une overdose
Et je ne parle même pas des courses que j'ai pu faire à New-York ! Les produits français, il n'y a que ça de vrai
Alors j'en appelle aux artisans français, aux ambassadeurs de la cuisine du terroir, aux producteurs locaux, seriez-vous prêts à m'aider pour le Vendée Globe ? Je ne veux pas manger que des lyophilisés pendant deux mois et demi 😂

I have a big problem: I can't stand lyophilized foods, but I can't stand them at all. Yes, a lot of progress has been made, especially in terms of taste! But after more than 25 years of eating them every time I'm at sea, I've just overdosed.
And I'm not even talking about the groceries I bought in New York! French products are the real thing
So I'm calling on French artisans, ambassadors of local cuisine and local producers. Would you be willing to help me with the Vendée Globe? I don't want to eat nothing but freeze-dried food for two and a half months 😂
