With all the beautiful houses presented here in Presello, I think this is the first time that I'm in love with the design of the house.
I just love how julia is unprepared for the surprises of this house. Kahit ako malilito sa dami ng doors. Ang saya nito. Nakita ko paano matuwa si Julia. I love how raw the house tour is. Pero may gosh she still explains it in good details.
The overall look reminds me of an 80s Japanese concept. specially those repetitive grills and louvered doors. Ang ganda parang bumalik sa panahon na wala pang internet at wifi meron pang intercom.

I LOVE THE PRIVACY AND THE PEACEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD! 💙💙💙 Everytime she says "Private, Peace and Quiet" Kinikilig ako. The house is like a combination of Greek and Japanese designs. I love the stones, trees and wood. The only thing I didnt appreciate are the bathrooms because they all look kinda old. But that can be changed. Can replace old bathrooms to modern ones. I appreciate Team Presello for this!

The house is a timeless work of art - only dated by the old intercoms. Whoever the architect was is a genius (Mañosa?).
The lawn area is perfect pag bibili ka ng taho sa umaga... reading newspaper while waiting for kuyang magtataho
I love how it's giving me late 1990's and 2000's vibes. Ang ganda ng pagkakagawa. The privacy and at the same time the openness combined altogether. There were slight hint of industrial with touches of modern design. The way the materials blends in and incorporates each other is so clean and classy. The only thing is that, I barely see closet space. Esp on the Master's bedroom. Unsure if di lang naipakita or what but, I do hope merong decent closet space. Overall, ang ganda ganda. This house is the one I've been looking for. The kind of house that really has it's own unique style and sophisticated identity. Galing...👏👏👏

Very nice house. It’s set-up for 2 family home and can also be a forever house as you get older. Kudos to the architect for prepping it for elevators incase it’s needed.

class as in class ang house nato ...but for sure napaka mahal neto subra....and JULIA IS REAALY CLASS den ang mga atake ni JULIA DITO SUBRA......kudos to the owner of this amazing home...at syempre sa team ng PRESELLO.....i hope magkaroon ako ng ganitung house for my family as well sooner or later ...hinde mahal mangarap lalung hinde masamang mag hangad lalo na kung sa mga kapatid magulang or pamangkin natin nakalaan ang pinapangarap nating house ....IN GODS WILL AME ....AMEN....AMEN....

The courtyard area is usually called light well in other places
A light well is just a shaft or a small/narrow openning to provide light and ventilation. A courtyard, on the other hand, is a bigger opening, usually set like a garden to provide outdoor space indoors.
@@nayeli143 your first definition is a shaft. Courtyards are much bigger than what it is in that house: literal na indoor yard. In fact id like to correct myself by stating na atrium is the most appropriate definition for what’s inside that house.

Julia is very good and really pretty as well. There is something with her hair or make up though that is distracting at times. Not to bash but just an observation for improvement.

You should put up the prices of the houses you’re featuring like here in America and other countries. At least everyone should have an idea, we don’t have to contact you or go to your website. Here in the states for example even how expensive it is they still mention it on their vlogs..
Felt like Julia was a little unprepared for this house tour, like how could you forget that there were three floors and miss the main front door. But still have done a good job overall

Well laid out rooms but for me theres a lot to change to freshen up the house itself. 200M + a refurbishment cost would be worth 300M to say the least.

This is overpriced! 🥴 You are basically paying for the location. 200M? Are you kidding me? My kitchen is way bigger and a lot nicer than this house’s kitchen. And this doesn’t even have a proper garage. Not even a covered carport. Bathrooms are small and needs some updating. Actually, the whole house needs to be updated. Bedrooms are quite small. This house is cut into small spaces.
Anyway, Julia did a great job as usual.

I've never seen a tour of a high end home done so badly. You would think she would tour ahead of time so she knows what she's showing. She starts her tour exiting from the front door and then leads you to the bottom or basement. Once she gets to the main floor she doesn't realize she's in the front entry way. Sorry, It made the whole house tour confusing.

This house tour, unfortunately, was not giving. It literally shows how unprepared the presenter is. Normally we would have looked past it but for a high end house to be presented this horribly. What happened julia?
Honestly a disappointing tour :( maybe you were aiming for quirky, but you just got sloppy
