What do you mean Copycat culture? Can you elaborate further
The ethnic Chinese in Malaysia are pure blood ethnic Chinese because their ancestors came from mainland China. Their ancestors mostly came from the provinces of Fujian, Hainan, Guangdong etc. Therefore they are not 'copycatting' at all. They are truly pure Chinese and they are practicing their Chinese culture inherited from and handed down from their ancestors. Please come to Malaysia and you will see what I mean.
