- Chock coil for decrease current of welding machine. You can control ampere of welding machine by the chock coil.
You can welding steel by this welding machine.

the craftsmanship is very good for a homemade welder. i have seen a lot of crude attempts at making welders but this machine is superior to all of them in construction.

Where you are putting 2 wires on 1 bolt you should have a washer between. Without it is possible for a wire to slip out. With washers the wires are pressed by flat surfaces, and cannot go anywhere

just limit the primary coil current using auto transformer then secondary coil amps decreases or just mix water and salt and immerse two ends of phase wire this way primary coil current decreases .any doubts comment me on this comment
Haleema thul BADRIYA That is an autotransformer. they just made it in the output. But you did clarify me something. I could then make a smaller one in the input and it would have the same effect then. Would you recommend me a sliding mechanism like a commercial autotransformer or a multi tapped transformer like shown here?

DHARMIK KNOWLEDGE WITH SCIENCE To my understanding it's just a really big inductor tapped at various points thorough the winding. It kinda works like a voltage divider but with current, the farther you are from the source within the coil the more effective windings it has, therefore the more impedance it produces and so the more current it blocks. This only works with AC current thou.

pehle secondary coils me polish wala wire tha maine cotton wala lagaya hai jagah kam pad rahi thi to cross me bitha di coils primary coil me pehle turn 145 the 123,132 fir 145 loop se bani hui thi dono maine jagah nahi hone se 125-125 turns hi lagaye dono coil me.. agar is se koi problem hoto bhi bataye
qno. 2- Agar secondary coil ke connection kiye bina suplly denge to machine ke ampere me kya fark padega

Zenith Computer's what is the wire on "mm" on secondary's coil, on my welding machine i have 50 + 3-4 and i have 36-8 volts with amp 60-80 avarege with one transformer and my wire is 10mm (4x2,5mm)
My think is on amper meter i se 20-30max when you welding why you don't use a big amepr meter to everyone see the real ampers
